1. Navagio, Zakynthos

Navagio is obviously the most famous and photogenic beach in Greece and is located on the Zakynthos island. Crystal clear water, white beach and large stone cliffs. The only thing missing for perfection is the wreck of a pirate ship. Wait, there is one over there.

2. Myrtos, Kefalonia

The way to this beach is steeper, but the reward is a beautiful beach surrounded by stone cliffs in the shape of a semicircle. Thanks to these stone cliffs, Myrtos beach is the most beautiful scenery of the Kefalonia island.

3. Porto Katsiki, Lefkada

According to travel guides, September is the best time to enjoy this beach. In summer it is overcrowded with tourists. No wonder, limestones that rise straight out of the sea inspire every tourist. If you want to experience something extraordinary, go to the southernmost part of the island to the Kratas lighthouse. From there you will enjoy one of the most enchanting panoramas of Greece.

4. Simos, Elafonisos

Located on the tiny Elafonisos island, Simos Beach is, according to locals, the absolutely most beautiful beach in Greece. Decide for yourself if it’s true. Sand dunes and unique flora create a magical atmosphere.

5. Elafonisi, Kreta

Pink sand and crystal clear shallow water. This is how you can describe one of the most beautiful beaches on the largest island in Greece – Crete. This place is often referred to as the Pacific of the Mediterranean Sea.

6. Lindos, Rhodes

7. Balos Lagoon, Crete

Beach or no beach? We all agree that this is a beautiful place. This place connects the Crete island with the Imeri Gravosa islet. The water in the Balos Lagoon is shallow, pleasantly warm and here you will also find some natural swimming pools. Our tip: if you come here early in the morning by car or by boat, you will have the whole beach to yourself, because the first boat with tourists only arrives in the afternoon.

8. Paradise, Mykonos

As the name suggests, a paradise awaits you here. Swimming, sunbathing and entertainment until sunrise. A massive crowd of younger tourists come here and you shouldn’t miss this place if you like the combination of beach and party.

9. Red Beach, Santorini.

You have to see this beach! The volcanic origin has caused the color of the beach to be red, black or grey. Find the right shade for you!

10. Paleokastritsu, Korfu

We close the top ten with a gem that doesn’t look like Greece at first glance. Untouched nature, green-blue sea, romantic corners and the best thing at the end: the cave “Blue Cave”. All this awaits you when you visit Paleokastritsa.
