For example, you can change the <strong>departure date, the passenger name, the destination or even the airline<\/strong>, if you are entitled to do so within the credit you receive and the general terms and conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once your change request has been processed, we will offer you the available options to change your flight ticket. Once you have selected and agreed to the change, we will send you the new booking details immediately. <strong>If the change fee does not exceed 80% of the original booking price.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"what-are-the-conditions-for-using-the-service\"><\/span>What are the conditions for using the service?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Any elements of the booking can be changed <strong>up to 3 days (72 hours) before departure<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You do not need to give<strong> any reason<\/strong> or document<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>This is a <strong>one-off change<\/strong> &#8211; you cannot make multiple changes on different forms\/applications<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Credit of 80% percent of the booking price <strong>must be used immediately <\/strong>and cannot be refunded<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Credit can be used to change your flight ticket via Pelican<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"when-can-the-service-not-be-used\"><\/span>When can the service not be used?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>If you, Pelikan or the tour provider cancelled the booking<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you request a change later than 3 days before departure<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The amount of credit cannot exceed \u20ac3000 per booking<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"how-do-you-purchase-the-change-for-any-reason-service-and-how-much-does-it-cost\"><\/span>How do you purchase the Change for Any Reason service and how much does it cost?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The new service from Pelikan can be purchased <strong>directly during the ticket booking process<\/strong>. The option to add the Change for any reason service to your order can be found in the <strong>&#8220;Flight details&#8221;<\/strong> section.
